1. Definitions

Twinkle Pole BV: the company located at Steenhoffstraat 1, 3764 BH Soest, The Netherlands. Customer: any natural or legal person who purchases products or services from Twinkle Pole BV. Products: all items offered by Twinkle Pole BV. Agreement: any arrangement between Twinkle Pole BV and the customer.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, deliveries and agreements between Twinkle Pole BV and the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

3. Offer and Prices

  • All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

  • Twinkle Pole BV reserves the right to change prices and product information.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Twinkle Pole BV.

4. Orders and Agreements

  • An agreement is established once the customer places an order and Twinkle Pole BV confirms it.

  • Twinkle Pole BV may refuse an order if incorrect information, payment issues or other justified reasons arise.

5. Payment

  • Payment must be made according to the payment methods offered on the website.

  • In case of late payment, Twinkle Pole BV reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional fees.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines.

  • Twinkle Pole BV is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

  • The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

  • Consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

  • Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Warranty and Complaints

  • Twinkle Pole BV guarantees that its products meet reasonable expectations of quality and functionality.

  • Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days after discovery.

  • If a product is found to be defective, Twinkle Pole BV will offer repair, replacement or a refund at its discretion.

9. Liability

  • Twinkle Pole BV is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

  • Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

​

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, malfunctions, transport issues, natural disasters), Twinkle Pole BV has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without compensation.

11. Privacy

Twinkle Pole BV processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden‑Nederland.
